How do I prepare for Class?

Arrive to class 15 mins prior to class,

Avoid eating 1 - 2 hours before class

What do I need for class?

Yoga Mat, Towel & Water

Wear something light and fitted

If you have any injuries or pre-existing medical issues, let your teacher know before the beginning of each classes.

Class Prices $20 per session

or 5 class pass for $75


Classes        6.30- 8 pm  Monday
