4 Sales Orders and Purchase Requests
By completing a purchase order on our Website you are making an offer to purchase a product at the price stipulated and you remain subject to the following terms and conditions:
(a) Right of Refusal: All offers to purchase or orders made by you are subject to approval (and acceptance) by us, at our absolute discretion. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price;
(b) Payment Method & Timing: Payment by you must be made at the time of submitting a purchase order. The payment methods for orders are as follows:
(i) Within Australia: Payment can be made by way of EFT Transfer or by way of PayPal.
(ii) International Orders: Payment is by way of PayPal only.
(iii) Secure Payment Gateway.
(c) Acceptance of Orders: All purchase orders submitted will be reviewed by us and we shall email you with confirmation of the receipt of your purchase order and of the products which you intend to purchase. In those circumstances where we reject or decline your purchase order, then we shall arrange for a refund of any payment made by you and which we have actually received.
(d) Other Payment Terms: All purchase orders must be paid in full at the time of submitting your request, and we do not accept partial payments, delayed payments, nor do we offer ‘credit’ terms, nor do we accept payment by means other than those listed above. Postage, handling and other delivery costs are additional to the prices listed and where applicable they are clearly displayed. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (or AUD).
(e) Outside Australia: If you are ordering from outside Australia, you can still order and pay via the Secure Payment Gateway or by PayPal – as your currency will automatically be converted when you complete the transaction. The conversation rate varies from day-to-day according to movements in the applicable exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee. Contact your bank for details. The ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider. Therefore we are not able to take responsibility if the final amount charged to your card differs slightly from the amount we have provided.
(f) BOWL PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
We do not offer Refunds on purchases from Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®️. We offer a Free One-on-One Consultation Service to help you choose the bowls that are right for you. The consultation is live and in-person at our Atlantis Rising Sound Temple, or on-line, via zoom or video chat. We encourage you to read the Let Us Help page in order to be more fully informed about the products before your consultation.
Each Alchemy Crystal Tones® Singing Bowl is unique and may have any of the following characteristics: inclusions, bubbles, spots, lines, markings, morphs, and other marks that render each bowl unique. All these characteristics are formed during the firing process, and are not in any way considered defects, but rather an inherent part of their beauty and uniqueness. The performance of the bowl is unaffected by them. All bowls have passed the Crystal Tones®️ Quality Control process to be available to you. Bowls may not be returned because of these characteristics. We are unable to offer a returns policy if you change your mind, any time after the purchase.
Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Bowls must be paid for in full before collection or shipping.
All bank fees for international payments must be paid for by the client.
We Offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia
(g) Delivery: We use Australia Post in order to ship or transport most of our products within Australia, and throughout the world. We may also use a Courier Service for Shipment of Crystal bowls. If you require WARRENTY COVER on your Bowl shipment, we can obtain a Quote and this is Paid for by you, prior to the bowls being Shipped. Our larger items are shipped by our preferred freight service provider. If an order delivery is found to be incorrect or damaged, then please contact us immediately at: info@atlantis-rising.com.au Please be advised that you will need to check the packaging as soon as you take delivery of the item and do not sign for the item if the packaging is damaged in any way until you have checked the contents. Please open the box whilst the courier is present and only sign for the item if your order is complete and intact.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We can provide Shipment Internationally for Crystal Bowls and other products. All costs associated with International Shipping must be Paid prior to the goods being shipped. Customes Declarations are completed in accordance with Australian Laws and Regulations. WARRANTY COVER is OPTIONAL on ALL International Shipments. If you Require Warranty Cover, we can obtain a Quote and this is to be Paid, prior to the Bowls being Shipped. It is the PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY to provide any further information required and cover any Duties Payable upon arrival at the Country /Destination of delivery. These Duties will be required to be Paid prior to Release of Package for Delivery.
In rare circumstances where an order is lost-in-transit, damaged or incorrect, then, items may be replaced at our absolute discretion. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
