All Massage Appointment Bookings require a $20.00 payment by either Cash or Card to secure your booking.

All Appointment Bookings with Carmel require Payment in Full to secure booking. Phone Bookings Require C/Card details to process the booking.

CANCELLATION & LATE NOTICE POLICY

If you need to Cancel or Reschedule an appointment please give 24 hours notice, otherwise a 100% Cancellation Fee is incurred to no-shows or same day cancellations. We require Credit Card Details or a Deposit to secure your booking.
